For any travellers affected by SA border and intrastate travel restrictions, we hope we can arrange an alternative departure that suits your schedule or we will provide you with a full refund. The only caveat is should a cancellation fee be charged by an accommodation or experience supplier. While most operators are accommodating in the current climate, Arabella Green is not in a position to absorb costs should any supplier not extend a full refund. Thank you for understanding.

Arabella Green reserves the right to alter the route or itinerary of any of its travel experiences. No refunds will be given in these circumstances or in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or baggage.

If a cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to the trip, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation 45 days prior to the event will result in a 75% refund.

Cancellation between 30 – 45 days prior to the trip will result in a 50% refund. However, cancellation within 30 days of the trip, or failure to show up on the day of the trip will result in 100% forfeiture of the fare. This is due to the nature of our business, as local suppliers must be booked in advance.

Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our participants, we accept no liability for personal injury or loss due to events beyond our reasonable control. Participants should note that adventure travel involves a higher-than-normal risk   and a signed release is required from all participants before travel departure.

Where an invoice has been sent out, the recipient must pay by the due date listed on the invoice and have payment (along with the remittance) sent by the date listed.

If for whatever reason we have not received payment by the date listed, you will forfeit your place on the travel experience.

Travel and medical insurance are NOT included. We strongly recommend that participants arrange their own insurances against illness, injury, cancellations, and/or loss/damage to personal belongings.
